Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Squaredle infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the site (e.g. a URL).
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email.

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who are the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices.
